Piezoelectric valve is a two-position (or proportional) control valve made by the principle of bending deformation of functional ceramic sheets under the action of voltage. Only enough voltage is needed to control the action of the piezoelectric valve, and the electrical power consumption is almost zero. The piezoelectric valve acts as a pilot valve in the E/P conversion unit. Each E/P conversion unit uses two piezoelectric valves at the same time. For the piezoelectric valve, the pilot pressure (that is, the air pressure in the pilot chamber) is too small , Does not have the ability to generate airflow, so it must be pressurized.

The boost is done in the servo part, and it acts like a pneumatic relay. The servo part has a larger area diaphragm on one side of the pilot chamber, and a smaller area on the side of the output and exhaust chamber. When the pilot pressure reaches 120kPa, the force exerted on the diaphragm on one side of the pilot chamber is greater than the force on the other side of the output and exhaust chamber, which will force the moving valve core and exhaust valve core to move. When the forces on the two sides are balanced, the air pressure acting on one side of the output and exhaust chamber will be greater than the pilot pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of pressurization. The principle of operation: In the initial state of the piezoelectric valve (not energized), the functional ceramic sheet acts on the nozzle port 1. At this time, the port 2 and the nozzle port 3 communicate with the pilot cavity to form a whole. When the piezoelectric valve is powered on, the functional ceramic sheet is deformed and tilted upwards, pressing the nozzle port 3, so that the port 2 and the nozzle port 1 are connected.
