Complete the hardware selection of vision system and motion control system, including light source, industrial camera, lens, motion control board, etc.

In addition, the camera calibration technology is introduced, the camera is calibrated using the nine-point calibration method, and the conversion relationship between the image coordinate system and the world coordinate system is obtained. Secondly, image acquisition of the speaker voice coil is carried out, and the solder joints and metal wires on the speaker voice coil are identified through image algorithms, and the pixel coordinates of the dispensing position are extracted. In the process of using image algorithms to identify solder joints and metal welding wires, a second least squares ellipse fitting method based on Hough circle detection is proposed, which combines the Hough gradient circle fitting method and least squares ellipse fitting The advantages of the method are high recognition rate, short time-consuming, small error, and wide applicability of the algorithm.

Then, the mechanical structure, control system, and communication module of the dispensing system are analyzed and designed separately, and the application software design and development of the speaker voice coil automatic dispensing system is completed in combination with the needs of the speaker manufacturer and the system dispensing requirements. Completed the research and development of the automatic dispensing system for the speaker voice coil.

Finally, the research and development of the speaker voice coil automatic dispensing system is carried out experimental test analysis. The experimental results show that the automatic speaker voice coil dispensing system based on machine vision meets the performance indicators of the system and meets the requirements of the speaker manufacturers.
